Sacred Circles led by Regiena Heringa
What is a Sacred Circle?
In establishing a loving environment of mutual respect, the sacred circle invites participants to feel and live the divine inner Presence. In the company of beings of light from exquisitely vibratory worlds, participants expand their hearts and minds to move into greater and more expansive environments of Love and Light of the Creator. Upon finishing a sacred circle, it is hoped that participants will carry within themselves this holy Presence and use It as their foundation in daily life.
Sacred Circles teachings, guided meditations and group work are adapted to the level of the participant’s spiritual advancement.
As a participant what can I expect?
Each sacred circle begins with a prayer and the setting up of the unified field of Love within the group. Although there are teachings based on the level of the group, most activities are experiential: guided meditations, experiences in Divine Light, inner reflection, journaling, small group activities and voluntary sharing. Depending on the spiritual development of participants, meditations, guided or silent, can last between 20 minutes and an hour. Before leaving the circle, participants briefly reflect on what they have learned and what they will take with them. The circle closes with a prayer for the group and for the world.
How should I prepare?
It is a good idea to spend time daily in the silence, quieting the mind and body and feeling peace and God-Love. Create an environment of people and resources which remind you of your divine nature and uplift you to nobler feelings and actions. You might like to listen to a few short meditative exercises on our website to get a feel of the spiritual energy experienced in the sacred circles. These exercises can be found on the home page at the left side bar menu entitled “ Meditative Exercises.”
